GROUP POLICIES
Guarantees & Cancellations
A $200 deposit is necessary to maintain the client group’s reservation and will be subtracted from the final bill. This deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made 30 days or more from the event date. For group reservations booked within 30 days of the event, the deposit is nonrefundable. At the time of executing the contract, the client will be asked to guarantee a certain number of guests. Additional guests will be billed at the same rate specified in the contract, subject to availability.
Banquet Facilities
Our dining areas are assigned based on the anticipated number of guests in a group. We reserve the right to change this assignment as needed.
Guest Checks
All functions are to be paid in full at the end of the evening; billing is not available. The client agrees that by signing the guest check or contract for services, food, and/or beverages the client is acknowledging the fact that there is no dispute over such services. Therefore the client is solely responsible for complete payment of the total amount due. For payment we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Cashiers check.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
All menu prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 8% Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
Security and Liability
Dante & Luigi’s will not accept responsibility for damage or loss to any merchandise or articles left in the restaurant prior to, during, or following an event. We reserve the right to inspect and control all events. Liability for damages to the premises, as well as stolen items will be charged accordingly. Any items to be placed on walls or directional signs must meet with the approval of the management. The guest accepts responsibility for any and all damages incurred.
